NW Equality Committee

With the carriage of motion 120 at last year’s General Conference it is now mandatory for each region to establish a Regional Equality Officers Committee. The purpose of the committee is:

• To encourage and promote diversity within the union
• To report to the regional committee on matters raised at the Equality Committee
• To work with the Regional Officers to promote the Union’s diversity objectives within the region.
