BNP Rally In Liverpool! - Your Help Urgently Needed!

On March 14th the BNP are planning to hold their first ever mass rally in a UK city. They plan to invade Liverpool - a tolerant, peaceful and multi-cultural city - in an attempt to whip up racial hatred with their disgusting and malicious brand of lies.

With your help as CWU members we will be able to stop them.

How?

Click here to sign the petitionBy signing a petition demanding that the Chief Constable of Merseyside Police rejects the BNP's application, stops the rally and stands up for hope, not hate.

A delegation of Liverpool's community champions will be handing in the petition directly to the Police on February 27th - so your help is urgently required in getting as many signatures as possible.

The North West TUC has already given its support to this campaign.

Think about it.

The BNP are a fundamentally racist party.  They aspire to Nazi ideology.

Liverpool is in the North West - with Nick Griffin their candidate, the BNP's top target in the Euro elections.  They'll cause a huge amount of damage if they hold their rally.

It will be an unfair indictment of Liverpool - and all of us.

There are some things in life that are too big for us to influence.  This isn't one of them.  Please sign the petition and then invite your friends to do the same.

The BNP have already attacked Liverpool with their racist hate.  At the end of last year they distributed their "Racism Cuts Both Ways" pamphlet, which falsely claimed that 167 people had been the victims of anti-white racism - or the "silent epidemic of racist targeting of indigenous Britons", as Griffin put it.
We can't let them get away with this again.  If we're going to stop them, building pressure on the Chief Constable is vital - we need to organise and send him a really clear message that we will not stand by while the BNP preach their hate.

The threat is very real - but it's a campaign we can and will win if we organise.

Please sign the petition and then send it to your friends to sign as well.
