Perhaps one of the best interviews in this general election so far, has to be the debate on Channel 4 News earlier this week between Labour’s Shadow Education Secretary, Angela Rayner and the Tory failed former Education Secretary Michael Gove.

Identifying very early on where Gove was being totally hypocritical, she told him that free school meals were supported by him following a Tory Government Report which showed that all children benefit from free school meals.

Just watch Angela’s face during the debate when Gove tries to wheel out the usual Tory tactics of lieing and slandering Labour’s policies, accusing them of wrecking the economy and increasing taxes, even before their fully costed manifesto is officially published. It will cheer up even the most depressed Labour voter!
