As a region that has close to a thousand members working for O2 and Virgin Media we are pleased that union nationally were quick off the mark by flagging up job security and the protection of members’ terms and conditions of employment as the union’s number one priority following this morning’s announcement of a potentially industry-changing tie-up between O2 and Virgin Media.
