With one Labour Conference delegate saying she can remember the TV programme ‘Cathy Come Home’, and another saying that the age of Rackman is back with us – both as a result of Tory party policies.
Labour’s Teresa Pearce, Shadow Minister for Housing and Planning presented to their conference in Liverpool, the party’s ideas for solving the housing crisis – 1 million new homes in the next parliament, and a suspension of the right to buy council homes.
